OM67-05 James Harold Hornibrook Papers, 1863-1952.

Mostly letters received by J.H. Hornibrook in connection with his compilation of "Bibliography of Queensland Verse", and most dated 1935 to 1950. These contain information on Queensland poets and their work. Correspondents include (Sir) John Alexander Ferguson, Hugh A. Borland, Margaret A. Cope, Emily Coungeau, George Smith, Constance Gittins, Victor Kennedy. There are also some letters and cuttings, relating to Australian literature in general; and some ms. poems and essays, collected by J.H. Hornibrook, of Australian authors, dating from 1863. Authors include E.J. Thorley and J. Brunton Stephens.
